About Orbita
Orbita is an endless one-tap arcade game set in space. Your ship circles a planet all on its own. One tap breaks the orbit and sends it flying straight along the dashed line. Reach the capture ring of the next planet and you are pulled into its orbit; miss it and you are lost in space.
It is a timing game where one finger is all it takes, drawn like a Swiss poster: light paper, black ink and a single cobalt blue.
- One finger is all it takes: wait for the right moment, tap anywhere, fly.
- Perfect captures: arrive just grazing the edge of the ring to raise your chain (×2, ×3…) and score more on every jump.
- Double jump: reach a planet further up in a single leap for triple points.
- An endless climb, different every run. Every jump is generated and tested, so there is always a way through.
- A challenge that grows as you rise: farther planets, faster orbits, orbits that reverse direction (arrows warn you just before), drifting planets, narrower rings, asteroids and circling moons.
- The altimeter tracks your height in km, next to your high score and longest chain.
- Collect the blue coins between planets and spend them in the Hangar on new ships, each with its own trail. Ships only change the look.
- Synthesized sound: the orbit hum rises with your speed and the capture chime climbs with your chain.
- A How to play guide welcomes you on first launch; sound and vibration can be switched off.
A quick arcade game for one-handed play: each run lasts a minute or two, and the endless climb is different every time.
After a game over you can continue once per run from the last planet by watching a video, only if you choose to. The game shows ads between runs; optional in-app purchases remove them or unlock the Hangar pack with six extra ships.
