Terms of service
Last updated: 4 November 2026
Who provides the game
Resona is provided by Gerale Consulting di Germinario Alessio, Via Matteo Renato Imbriani 35, 76121 Barletta, VAT IT07979320723, Italy ("we"). For any question about these terms or a purchase, write to contact@geraleconsulting.com.
These terms apply to the mobile game Resona for Android and iOS and to the purchases made in it. By installing or playing Resona you accept them. If you downloaded the game from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to the download and the payments; if you downloaded it from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Personal data is covered by the privacy policy.
Licence to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Resona on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, decompile, resell or distribute the game, bypass its purchases or advertising, use modified clients or automated tools, or use the game in a way that is unlawful or harms other players. The game, its code, graphics, sounds, texts and name belong to us or to our licensors.
Free version and advertising
Resona is free to download and play. The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. Some content is sold as in-app purchases; nothing in the base game requires a purchase.
In-app purchases
The game may offer:
- One-time purchases (for example removing ads or extra content), which stay yours for as long as the game is available;
- Consumables (for example hints), which are used up as you use them;
The price and the content of each item are shown in the game before you buy, in your currency and with taxes included. Payment is processed by Google Play or by Apple under their own terms: we never receive your payment details. Purchases are tied to the Google or Apple account you bought them with and can be restored on another device signed in to the same account with "Restore purchases" in the game's settings. Game progress is stored only on your device and is not part of the purchase.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days without giving a reason. When you buy, the store asks you to agree that the content is delivered immediately and that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun; this is how in-app purchases work on both stores. Refund requests are handled by the store you bought from: Google Play refunds or Apple's "Report a Problem". If a purchase did not work or was made by mistake, write to us as well and we will help.
Legal guarantee
Paid content comes with the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content provided by EU law and by the Italian Consumer Code. If something you paid for does not work as described, contact us and we will fix it, replace it or refund you.
Updates, changes and availability
We may update the game, add or change features, levels, ads and the price of future purchases. We may also stop distributing the game; the version installed on your device keeps working, but we can no longer guarantee updates or compatibility with new operating systems. We do our best to keep the game working, but we cannot promise it is always available or free of errors.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law, nor our liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for damage caused by using the game in breach of these terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer living in another country of the European Union or in the United Kingdom, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country and you may bring a claim before the courts of your country. We prefer to solve problems directly: write to us first. You may also turn to the consumer protection bodies or alternative dispute resolution entities of your country.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Changes that affect an active subscription will be announced in the game before they apply.
